Apparently you only need 45 hp to hoon. Sure does need a cage though. Nice write up on bangshift.

I learned to drive on one of these and it was my main transport my last couple of years of high school (whenever I could steal it from the folks).

I can confirm that 45hp is more than enough to hoon. Especially when they’re Italian horses and therefore born to be revved unto valve bounce.
